The Leadership Development Conference (LDC) is held in November and features workshops with out-of-your-seat activities which are used to introduce and reinforce various leadership attributes. Lively teamwork, with a measure of fun thrown in, makes this conference one of the most popular. The camp setting, complete with a campfire and s’mores, also adds to the enjoyment!
