The Fall Leadership Development Academy (FLDA) is held in November and features workshops with out-of-your-seat activities which are used to introduce and reinforce various leadership attributes.  Lively teamwork, with a measure of fun thrown in, makes this meeting one of the most popular.  The camp setting – complete with a hayride, campfire, and s’mores – also adds to the enjoyment!
