The Fall Leadership Development Academy (FLDA) is held in November and features workshops with out-of-your-seat activities which are used to introduce and reinforce various leadership attributes.  Lively teamwork, with a measure of fun thrown in, makes this meeting one of the most popular.  The camp setting, complete with a campfire and s’mores, also adds to the enjoyment!

FLDA 2024 will be held November 15-17, 2024 at Camp Kulaqua in High Springs.  More information regarding FLDA 2024 will be posted in September.
