Welcome Back Rally 2025

Per the Florida HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors’ policy, there will be NO cancellations or refunds after the September 15th registration deadline. All names in the registration system after it automatically closes on September 15th must be paid for (no exceptions). Substitutions for Welcome Back Rally registration must be made by 5pm EST on Monday, September 29th.
Florida HOSA invites all prospective and current HOSA members and advisors to join us for our 2025-2026 Welcome Back Rally (WBR) hosted by the defending
STANLEY CUP CHAMPION
FLORIDA PANTHERS!
at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise on September 30th starting at 10:45am
Registration Check-in: 10:45am – 11:15am
State Officer Hype Session: 11:15am – 12:15pm
Lunch, Locker-Room Tours, and Arena Tours: 12:30pm – 5pm

HOSA information, guidance, and activities will be presented, along with an exclusive locker-room and arena tour. There will also be an option to purchase discounted group-rate tickets for select hockey games.
(A link to purchase tickets directly from the Florida Panthers will be sent out to the Chapter Advisor after registration closes; game tickets start at $31 per attendee.)
Registration Fee: $23 per person (includes meal and drink; does not include hockey ticket)
Online Registration Deadline (through HOSA website): 11:59pm EST on September 15th
All forms and payment must be BROUGHT to the WBR on September 30th; please do not mail.
