UPDATE:  The Florida HOSA room block at the Marriott Orlando World Center is FULL.  The ONLY conference-approved overflow hotel for the 2024 SLC is the Caribe Royale, located at 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32821.  You can view the overflow hotel information here; please make sure to fully read and follow the instructions listed in the document.  Please direct any and all hotel questions to Jonathan Park with Unified Event Solutions at jonathan@unified-es.com.

SLC 2024 will convene at the Marriott Orlando World Center April 4^th – 7^th.  We are anticipating more than 3,200 members attending to take part in exciting General Sessions, rigorous competitive events, and interactive leadership workshops!

It is Florida HOSA, Inc.’s policy that ALL HOSA members attending SLC MUST be accompanied by their Chapter Advisor (and/or school-approved chaperone) and stay at one of the approved conference hotels (the Marriott Orlando World Center and Caribe Royale) for the duration of the conference (beginning Thursday, April 4^th at 5pm through Sunday, April 7^th).  Florida HOSA does not approve or sanction a person missing any part of the conference.

Please take note that the Tallo website WILL NOT BE USED to submit designated items for the SLC this year!  Please be sure you and your competitors review the specific event guideline, the Important Deadlines document, and read the items below for more SLC information.

Exhibitors: From 9am – 4pm on Friday, April 5^th, we will have Exhibitor Day at the Florida HOSA SLC.  During this time, our advisors and members will be able to meet with Florida HOSA’s expo participants from Health Care Industry, Publishers, Colleges and more.  If you are interested in reserving a space, please download the Sponsorship Policy and the Expo Sponsorship Registration Form and send the completed form to the Florida HOSA State Office so it is received on or before February 16^th.

Below, please find very important information regarding our SLC.  Advisors, please read the Memo Letter and SLC Online Registration Instructions, as both documents offer more thorough information about participating in and registering for the SLC.  Also, be sure to review the Important Deadlines document and DO List for SLC, as the deadline to register for the conference is February 23^rd, in addition to reviewing all of the other files.  Start making plans now to attend the highlight of the Florida HOSA year – our 46^th Annual State Leadership Conference!
